84.4  Costs of Ombudsman and Monitoring Officer

The Service Provider shall bear the cost of any payment which the Ombudsman or the Monitoring Officer advises should be made on behalf of the Authority in settlement of any complaint by a person who the Ombudsman or the Monitoring Officer or considers has sustained injustice as a result of maladministration by the Service Provider when acting on the Authority's behalf.
