86.4  Notice of Investigation Proceedings

The Service Provider shall, and shall procure that any Service Provider Related Party shall, notify the Authority Representative forthwith in writing as soon as it becomes aware of any investigation of or proceedings brought against the Service Provider or any Service Provider Related Party under the Equalities Legislation.
