87.1  No Communication with Media

The Service Provider shall not by itself, its employees or agents (and shall procure that the Sub-Contractors shall not) communicate with representatives of the press, television, radio or other communications media on any matter concerning this Contract or the Project without the prior written approval of the Authority.
