1  Definitions

In this Schedule 2 the following expressions (in addition to those specified in Schedule 1 (Definitions, Interpretation and Construction)) shall, save where the context or the express provisions of this Contract otherwise requires or admits, have the following meanings:

Core Management Staff means [♦]2

Depot means [♦]3 or such other premises used by the Service Provider from time to time in connection with the provision of the Service and owned by the Authority.

Group A Vehicles means the vehicles owned by the Authority as listed in Part 1 of Appendix 1 of this Schedule 2 (Mobilisation Requirements).

Group B Vehicles means the vehicles owned by the Authority as listed in Part 2 of Appendix 1 of this Schedule 2 (Mobilisation Requirements).

Joint Stock Survey shall have the meaning given in paragraph 2.6(a) of Part 3 of this Schedule 2 (Mobilisation Requirements).

Key Sub-Contracts means [to be defined on a project specific basis].

Mobilisation Certificate has the meaning given in paragraph 4 of Part 3 of this Schedule 2.

Mobilisation Plan means the plan set out in Part 2 of this Schedule 2 (Mobilisation Requirements).

Mobilisation Period means the period from the Contract Date until the Service Commencement Date.

Project Assets mean [♦].

Stock means those items owned by the Authority as listed in Part 3 of Appendix 1 of this Schedule 2 (Mobilisation Requirements).
