2.5  If, at any time after the dates on which:

(a)  the Authority has notified the Service Provider of which Group A Vehicles are available for sale in accordance with paragraph 2.2; and

(b)  the Service Provider has notified the Authority of which Group B Vehicles it shall purchase in accordance with paragraph 2.3,

such vehicles cease to be available for sale prior to the Planned Service Commencement Date, the Authority's Representative shall notify the Service Provider in writing of the same and the Service Provider shall not be obligated to purchase such vehicles should they subsequently become available on the Service Commencement Date.
