4  Mobilisation Certificate

The Authority's Representative shall within one (1) month of the Service Commencement Date issue a certificate (the Mobilisation Certificate) to the Service Provider which shall set out the number of each type of Group A Vehicles and Group B Vehicles and the quantity on a per unit basis of Stock purchased by the Service Provider in accordance with this Part 3 of Schedule 2 (Mobilisation).
