SECTION A

1.  The Service Provider shall supply the Service continuously throughout the Service Period in accordance with the specifications set out in each part of this Schedule 3 (Output Specification).

2.  Each part of this Schedule 3 (Output Specification) details the requirements of the Authority for each aspect of the Service in sections headed Required Outcomes.  For the purposes of determining whether or not any deductions are to be made to the Monthly Payment pursuant to Schedule 21 (Payment Mechanism) the performance of the Service Provider shall be measured against the [Service Delivery Outputs] and their corresponding Performance Standards set out in this Schedule 3 (Output Specification) in accordance with the monitoring procedures set out in this Contract.
