1.  REQUIRED OUTCOMES

1.1  The Service Provider shall comply with the provisions of this Performance Standard 1 and ensure that at the end of the Core Investment Programme Period and thereafter until the expiry of the Service Period in relation to the Project Network:

1.1.1  no Road Section Lengths are rated "failed" (by reference to Table 11.1, 11.2, 11.3 or 11.4, as the case requires);

1.1.2  no Road Section Lengths have an [SRI] of less than 1.2;

1.1.3  no [Footway Section Lengths] are "poor" or below (by reference to Table 11.11 or 11.12, as the case requires);

1.1.4  all Structures and bridges (excluding [Agreed Non-Compliant Structures] and bridges) comply with current load assessment criteria in accordance with BD21, as set out in the DMRB (unless otherwise agreed with the Authority);

1.1.5  all tunnels comply with the Highway Standards and comply with those requirements set out in Appendix A of this part 1 of Schedule 3 (Output Specification);

1.1.6  all [Street Lighting], unless Agreed Non-Compliant, :

1.1.6.1  complies with the Highway Standards and, for the avoidance of doubt, such requirements include the information set out in Appendix A or Appendix B of this part 1 of Schedule 3 (Output Specification) (as the case may be);

1.1.6.2  are installed in accordance with the requirements of Appendix C of this part 1 of Schedule 3 (Output Specification);

1.1.7  all [Street Lighting]:

1.1.7.1  that is part of a [Agreed Non-Compliant Street Lighting System] (excluding Non-Standard Street Lighting) is from the expiry of the Core Investment Programme Period replaced at rate of not less than [  ] Lighting Columns in each Year so that all [Agreed Non-Compliant Street Lighting] (excluding Non-Standard Street Lighting) shall be replaced on or prior to [  ]; and

1.1.7.2  that is Non-Standard Street Lighting shall be replaced in accordance with performance targets 1.10 through 1.13 of Table 1.2 of this Schedule 3 (Output Specification);

1.1.8  no Traffic Signal Controller is more than [  ] years old.
