1.  Strategic Route and [Main Distributor Network] and Secondary Distributor Network

1.1  Where the Service Provider is replacing Lighting Points on those Project Roads identified in column 2 of Table 1.3 below the Service Provider shall ensure that:

1.1.1  Lighting Points of the corresponding [Lighting Class] identified in column 3 of Table 1.3 are placed on the relevant Project Road;

1.1.2  Lighting Columns of such Lighting Points referred to in paragraph 1.1 do not exceed the corresponding maximum height of a Lighting Column identified in column 5 of Table 1.3;

1.1.3  where a Conflict Area exists on the relevant type of Project Road, Lighting Points of the corresponding [Lighting Class] identified in column 4 of Table 1.3 are placed in such relevant Conflict Area;

1.1.4  Lighting Columns of such Lighting Points referred to in paragraph 1.1.2 do not exceed the corresponding maximum height of a Lighting Column identified in column 5 of Table 1.3;

1.1.5  subject to paragraph 2.1.6, all Luminaires used on Project Roads that are classed as category 2, 3a and 3b shall have a luminous intensity class of G4 or greater; and

1.1.6  all Luminaires used on roundabouts shall have a luminous intensity class of G5 or greater.
