2.  Link Road Network and [Local Access Road Network]

2.1  Where the Service Provider is replacing Lighting Points on those Project Roads identified in column 2 of Table 1.4 below, the Service Provider shall ensure that:

2.1.1  Lighting Points of the corresponding [Lighting Class] identified in column 3 of Table 1.4 are placed on such relevant Project Road; and

2.1.2  Lighting Columns of such Lighting Points referred to in paragraph 2.1.1 do not exceed the corresponding maximum height of a Lighting Column identified in column 4 of Table 1.4.

2.1.3  Luminaires shall have adequate optical control to minimise light pollution and obtrusive light to properties and shall conform to the E3 environmental zone obtrusive light limitations, defined in the Lighting Engineers Guidance Notes for the Reduction of Lighting Pollution.
