3.  Town and City Centres

3.1  Where the Service Provider is replacing Lighting Points in those areas of the Project Network identified in column 1 of Table 1.5 below, the Service Provider shall ensure that:

3.1.1  Lighting Points of the corresponding [Lighting Class] identified in column 2 of Table 1.5 are placed in such relevant areas of the Project Network;

3.1.2  all Luminaires shall have a luminous intensity class of G4 or greater; and

3.1.3  light sources shall have a colour-rendering index equal to or in excess of Ra80.
