4. Footpaths and Cyclepaths
4.1 Where the Service Provider is replacing Lighting Points on those Footpaths and/or Cyclepaths identified in column 2 of Table 1.6 below, the Service Provider shall ensure that:
4.1.1 Lighting Points of the corresponding [Lighting Class] identified in column 3 of Table 1.6 are placed on such relevant Footpath(s) and/or Cyclepath(s); and
4.1.2 Lighting Columns of such Lighting Points referred to in paragraph 4.1.1 do not exceed the corresponding maximum height of a Lighting Column identified in column 4 of Table 1.6.
