7.  [CONSERVATION AREAS]

7.1  Where and to the extent the Service Provider is replacing Lighting Points in [Conservation Areas] then:

7.1.1  where such [Conservation Areas] do not fall within those areas of the Project Network set out in paragraphs 2 to 7 (inclusive) of this Appendix A of the Part 1 of this Schedule 3 (Output Specification) then:

7.1.1.1  all Luminaires shall have a luminous intensity class of G4 or greater except where such Luminaires are affixed to [Non-Standard/heritage street lighting]; and

7.1.1.2  light sources shall have a colour rendering index equal to or in excess of Ra23;

7.1.1.3  where such [Conservation Areas] do fall within those areas of the Project Network set out in paragraphs 2 to 7 (inclusive) of this Appendix A of the Part 1 of this Schedule 3 (Output Specification) then the Service Provider shall agree to what standards such Lighting Points should meet.
