8.  Trees

Where and to the extent the Service Provider is replacing Lighting Points that are affected by the presence of trees the Service Provider shall, when designing such replacement Lighting Point:

8.1  minimise the need for unnecessary pruning and damage to any trees throughout the expected life of the replacement Lighting Point;

8.2  take into account the inevitable growth in height and spread of any relevant trees; and

8.3  consult an arboriculturist (where appropriate) in relation to the above issues.
