9.  In relation to all Lighting Points that are in the ME [Lighting Class], [Disability Glare] and [Threshold Increment] (TI) (both as defined in BS EN 13201: 2003) shall not exceed 15%.

10.  Where full spectrum [Light Sources] are used in the replacement of an existing Lighting Point in accordance with this Contract and such replacement Lighting Point must be from [Lighting Class] S in accordance with either Table 1.4 or 1.6 (as applicable), then the Service Provider may, if it chooses to use a full spectrum [Light Source], be permitted to use a Lighting Point of [Lighting Class] S that is one (1) level below that [Lighting Class] S specified in the applicable Table of this Appendix A.

For example, if a Lighting Point on a Link Route on the Link Road Network is replaced with a full spectrum [Light Source], then the appropriate [Lighting Class] will be [Lighting Class] S3 rather than [Lighting Class] S2.
