1.  REQUIRED OUTCOMES

The Service Provider shall comply with the provisions of this Performance Standard 3A and ensure that in relation to the Project Network the provision of the Horticultural Maintenance Service will:

1.1.  provide an appropriate level of amenity;

1.2.  provide natural habitats for all identified Landscape Areas;

1.3.  ensure that Vegetation does not impair safety or cause damage or nuisance;

1.4.  ensure vegetation is aesthetically pleasing.
