Landscape Inventory

2.  The Landscape Inventory shall contain the following minimum information:

2.1  a digitally produced coloured strip plan for all sections of the Project Network, to a suitable scale and including annotation.  The plans shall be marked and referenced to show Landscape Areas classified as follows:

2.1.1  areas to be cut on named days;

2.1.2  general core standard grassed areas;

2.1.3  herbage A standard grassed areas;

2.1.4  herbage B standard grassed areas;

2.1.5  visibility splays;

2.1.6  wildflower areas;

2.1.7  shrub areas;

2.1.8  rose areas;

2.1.9  annual bedding;

2.1.10  hedges;

2.1.11  trees;

2.1.12  woodland areas;

2.1.13  scrub areas;

2.1.14  wetland areas; and

2.1.15  a general description of each classified area supported by sketches and photographs (where appropriate).  The general description shall include the following information:

2.1.15.1  general type, characteristics and appearance of area;

2.1.15.2  predominant species and condition of all vegetation; and

2.1.15.3  comments on the quality and type of landscape elements.
