Landscape Development Plan

12.  The Landscape Development Plan shall identify areas where there is scope to improve Landscape Areas in terms of amenity, improved biodiversity or any other issues identified as significant by the Service Provider.

13.  The Landscape Development Plan shall include the following for each specified proposal:

13.1  Large scale plan showing the general context of the area;

13.2  More detailed plans/drawings identifying the specific proposal;

13.3  Written description of the objective(s);

13.4  Description of the Service to be undertaken;

13.5  Reasons for the action;

13.6  Priority rating (Year 1, 2 or 3 plus); and

13.7  Supporting sketches and photographs.

The Landscape Development Plan shall also incorporate an executive summary of all the proposals in the said plan.
