2.  Calculating Network Condition Index at [District] Level

2.1  NCImain is calculated in accordance with the following formula:

has the meaning given in paragraph 1.1;

LRSL

means the length of the applicable Road Section Length as set out in the Network Model; and

TLSRMDN

means the total length of the Strategic Route and [Main Distributor Network] as set out in the Network Model

2.2  NCIsec is calculated in accordance with the following formula:

has the meaning given in paragraph 1.2;

LRSL

means the length of the applicable Road Section Length as set out in the Network Model; and

TLSDN

means the total length of the Secondary Distributor Network in the relevant [District] as set out in the Network Model

2.3  NCIlink is calculated in accordance with the following formula:

has the meaning given in paragraph 1.3;

LRSL

means the length of the applicable Road Section Length as set out in the Network Model; and

TLLRN

means the total length of the Link Road Network in the relevant [District] as set out in the Network Model.

2.4  NCIlocal is calculated in accordance with the following formula:

means the total length of the [Local Access Road Network] in the relevant [District] as set out in the Network Model.
