5.1  Surface Condition Data in respect of the surface of the Carriageway on an [RSL] on each of the Network Route Hierarchies shall be collected using each or any combination of the following methods:

5.1.1  TRACS Type Surveys;

5.1.2  SCANNER;

5.1.3  Coarse Visual Inspection; and/or

5.1.4  [Detailed Visual Inspection (DVI)]s.
