6  Expiry Condition A Requirements

The Service Provider shall ensure that all Condition Surveys undertaken from the commencement of the twenty third (23rd) Contract Year (Year 23) until the Expiry Date include an assessment of whether all Project Roads comply with the Expiry Condition Requirements and the Service Provider shall provide to the Authority a written report detailing such assessments.
