10  Night-time Inspection of illuminated Apparatus

The Service Provider shall carry out night time inspections of each item of Apparatus which should be illuminated (excluding Traffic Signals) on the Project Network:

(a)  every twenty-eight (28) days during British Summer Time; and

(b)  every fourteen (14) days for the remainder of the Contract Year,

to determine whether or not such Apparatus (excluding Traffic Signals) is compliant with the relevant requirements of the Output Specification.  For the avoidance of doubt, the Service Provider shall inspect Traffic Signals in accordance with paragraph 7 (Service Inspections).
