1  Definitions

In this Schedule 11 the following expressions (in addition to those specified in Schedule 1 (Definitions, Interpretation and Construction)) shall, save where the context or the express provisions of this Contract otherwise requires or admits, have the following meanings:

Authority Civil Emergency Fuel Store means [♦].

Authority Civil Emergency Planning Officers means [♦].

Authority Civil Emergency Stores means [♦]

Civil Contingency Functions means the Authority's junctions under Part 1 of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004.

Civil Emergency Action means any action which the Service Provider is direct or instructed to take in accordance with paragraph 2.2 of this Schedule 11.

Civil Emergency Cessation means a statement by the Authority that a Civil Emergency, Major Incident, or Non Major or Serious Incident has ceased.

Civil Emergency Co-ordinator means [♦].

Civil Emergency Declaration means a declaration by the Authority of Civil Emergency or that there is a Major Incident or a Non Major or Serious Incident.

Civil Emergency Plan means the Authority's plan which:

(a)  authorises its principal emergency planning responsibilities;

(b)  describes the notification and call out procedures;

(c)  lists the activation procedures (as described therein) to be carried out;

(d)  summaries directorate and division responsibilities; and

(e)  provides contact numbers for internal and external contacts.

Civil Emergency Planning Officers means [♦].

Development Directorate Emergency Planning Representative means [♦].

Major Incident means [♦].

Non Major Incident means [♦].

Serious Incident means [♦].

Service Provider Civil Emergency Plan means the plan to be developed by the Service Provider to demonstrate the Service Provider's ability and plan to comply with the Service Provider's obligations under this Schedule 11 together with such other specific requirements as may be notified by the Authority from time to time.

Service Provider Civil Emergency Resources means [♦].

Service Provider Materials Schedule means [♦].

Service Provider Plant Schedule means [♦].

Service Provider Specialist Vehicles means [♦].
