2.4  Service Provider's Civil Emergency Plan

The Service Provider shall

(a)  submit the Service Provider Civil Emergency Plan pursuant to the Review Procedure within one (1) Month of the Contract Date;

(b)  no later than one (1) Month before the Planned Service Commencement Date and thereafter no later than [♦] in each subsequent year submit an updated Service Provider Civil Emergency Plan for review in accordance with the Review Procedure.
