4.2  Payment

Where the Service Provider can demonstrate to the Authority's reasonable satisfaction that as a result of the Civil Emergency Declaration or in training and exercise arranged by the Authority in order to assess the effectiveness of the Civil Emergency Plan the Service Provider has incurred additional costs during the period the Civil Emergency or the training and exercise was in force the Authority shall pay the Service Provider for the deployment of the Service Provider Civil Emergency Resources.
