2  Authority's and Third Parties' rights

2.1  The Service Provider shall permit:

(a)  the Authority and any Authority Party to attach or remove Authority Attachments and/or BT Attachments;

(b)  Third Party Authorities, their subcontractors and agents to attach or remove Third Party Attachments; and

(c)  third parties, their sub-contractors and agents to attach or remove other illuminated or non-illuminated attachments with the consent of Authority;

from any Project Network Parts at any time during the Service Period.

2.2  The Authority shall:

(a)  ensure that any Authority Festive Decorations, Hanging Baskets and Banners attached by the Authority are suitable and satisfactory for use on the Project Network Parts;

(b)  ensure that any Authority Festive Decorations comply with the specifications (to be agreed between the parties acting reasonably);

(c)  at its own cost, ensure that all Project Network Parts to which Authority Festive Decorations are attached are fitted with sockets, time switches and two gang isolators which comply with the requirements of [paragraph 2.10 of Part 2 of] the Output Specification and any other applicable standards set out in the Output Specification. The Authority shall replace and maintain such sockets, time switches and two gang isolators at its own expense.
