2  Addition and Removal of Project Network Parts

2.1  Notwithstanding any provision of the Change Protocol:

(a) the Service Provider shall accept Project Network Parts into the scope of the Service in accordance with paragraph 3 (Accrual of Project Network Parts) of this Schedule 14; and

(b)  the Authority is entitled to remove Project Network Parts from the scope of the Services pursuant to paragraph 4 (De-Accrual of Project Network Parts) of this Schedule 14.
