1  Notification and Specification

1.1  Subject to paragraph 2 (Prohibited Changes) of Part 1, the Service Provider shall carry out any Low Value Change requested by the Authority.

1.2  If a Low Value Change is required by the Authority, it shall submit to the Service Provider a Catalogue Order Form.
