The Service Provider Representative

3.3  The Service Provider shall appoint a Service Provider Representative and the Service Provider Representative shall act in relation to liaising with the Authority Representative on all aspects of the Service (including without limitation the design, installation and testing of the Apparatus).  The acts and omissions of the Service Provider Representative shall be binding on the Service Provider save where the Service Provider has notified the Authority that the Service Provider Representative's authority has been revoked.  In addition the Service Provider Representative shall exercise the functions that he is required to exercise as are referred to in this Contract.  The Service Provider shall promptly notify the Authority in writing of any change to the identity of the Service Provider Representative.
