Calculation of the Service Payment and Monthly Service Payment
2.1. The Service Payment and Monthly Service Payment shall be calculated in accordance with this Schedule 21 (Payment Mechanism), Clause 24 (Calculation of Payments and Revenue Sharing) of the Contract and any other express provisions of the Contract.
2.2. The Service Payment in respect of each Payment Year shall be determined in accordance with the following formula:
SP = AP + UP
where:
SP = | Service Payment for the Payment Year |
AP = | Availability Payment for the Payment Year, which equals the amount referred to as such in cell [insert reference] of worksheet [insert reference] of the Base Case |
UP = | Usage Payment for the Payment Year, calculated in accordance with paragraph 2.11 of Part II of this Schedule 21 (Payment Mechanism) |
2.3. Following the first Indexation Review Date, the Service Payment shall equal "NSP" as defined in paragraph 2.15 of Part II of this Schedule 21 (Payment Mechanism).
