The Monthly Availability Payment in the Core Investment Programme Period

2.7.  Prior to the issuance of the Core Investment Works Certificate, the Monthly Availability Payment in the Core Investment Programme Period ("CIPP") shall be determined by reference to the following calculation:

Monthly Availability Payment, calculated in accordance with paragraphs 2.5 and 2.6 of Part II of this Schedule 21 (Payment Mechanism)

Service Payment Factor, from Table 1 of Part II of this Schedule 21 (Payment Mechanism), dependent on the Milestone, "m", achieved, as set out in Table 1 of Part II of this Schedule 21 (Payment Mechanism)

2.8.  The Service Payment Factor is determined by the achievement of all [NCI Thresholds], [FCI Thresholds] and [Performance Targets] (as applicable) for each Milestone, "m", as set out in the following table in accordance with Table 1.1 of Schedule 4 (Output Specification)5:
