The Monthly Availability Payment following Completion of Core Investment Works

2.9.  Following the issuance of a Milestone Completion Certificate, payment of the Monthly Availability Payment shall be calculated in accordance with paragraphs 2.5 and 2.6.

2.10.  The Monthly Availability Payments following completion of the CIPP shall be subject to an ongoing Service Payment Factor throughout the Contract Period and shall be calculated on the basis of the five Payment Year rolling average of the NCI Threshold for Network, the NCI Threshold for [Secondary Network], the NCI Threshold for the [Link Road Network], the NCI Threshold for the [Local Access Road Network], the [FCI Threshold] for the Prestige, Primary and  Secondary Footway Network, the [FCI Threshold] for the [Link and Local Access Walking and Cycling Routes Network] and the [Performance Targets] for [Street Lighting Asset Delivery]. It shall be calculated every six months and shall be determined by reference to the following table:
