Network Unavailability Adjustment
3.4 The Network Unavailability Adjustment for each [Unavailable Road Section Length] during each Month shall be calculated by applying the following formula for each incidence of Unavailability,
NUDr = RSLWFr x RSLU x DPr
where:
NUAr | the Network Unavailability Adjustment for RSL "r" |
RSLWFr = | the Weighting Factor for RSL "r" |
RSLU = | Road Section Length Unit, calculated in accordance with paragraph 3.2 of Part III of this Schedule 21 (Payment Mechanism) |
APr = | the Adjustment Period for the RSL "r" |
