Repetition Adjustments
3.5 If, in each of any [four22] or more Core Sessions in any [Period23] a Network Unavailability Adjustment is made by the Authority in relation to the same category of [Road Section Length] then, in respect of the [fourth] and every subsequent Core Session (whether or not consecutive) any Network Unavailability Adjustment shall be reduced by the Repetition Factor % to produce a Repetition Adjustment.
3.6 Any Network Unavailability Adjustment made by the Authority in the first Core Session (Initial Session) of any Period in relation to a category of [Road Section Length] shall also, provided that an Unavailability Deduction has also been made in respect of that same category of [Road Section Length] in the last [three] or more Core Sessions of the preceding Period, be reduced by the Repetition Factor to produce a Repetition Adjustment.
3.7 Provided that a Repetition Adjustment has been made by the Authority in the Initial Session in respect of a category of [Road Section Length], any Unavailability Deduction made by the Authority in respect of the same category of [Road Section Length], in any Core Session which consecutively follows the Initial Session, shall also be reduced by the Repetition Factor to produce a Repetition Adjustment.
3.8 If the Authority does not make any Unavailability Adjustments in respect of the same category of [Road Section Length] as that in respect of which Unavailability Adjustments in respect of any repeated shortfall were made in the Initial Session and which led to the relevant Repetition Adjustment, in any of the Core Sessions which consecutively follow the Initial Session, no Repetition Adjustments shall apply from (and including) the Core Session in which the failure to make such Unavailability Adjustments occurred until an Unavailability Deduction is made by the Authority in respect of the same category of [Road Section Length].
