INSUREDS:

(1)  Authority.

(2)  Service Provider.

(3)  Sub-Contractors and Sub-sub-contractors of Insured 2.

(4)  Senior Lenders.

(5)  Subordinated Lenders.

(6)  Consultants for their site activities only.

Each for their respective rights and interests in the Project.
