4.7  Principal extensions

(a)  Regulatory or third party claims for on site clean-up of pre-existing and new conditions arising from the act or omission of the Insured.

(b)  Third party claims for on-site and off-site property damage from pre-existing and new conditions arising from the act or omission of the Insured.

(c)  Legal costs.
