This Agreement

1 It has been suggested that the Senior Lender be made party to this contract and provisions be included herein to effectively subordinate the Authority's powers under this Agreement until the Senior Lender has discharged its security over the project.  It is suggested that such provisions are better dealt with in the Senior Lender's Direct Agreement with the Authority.
