Adjustment Formula

2.2  The percentage of Lighting Points In Light during the Lighting Up Periods shall be calculated by the following formula:

the total number of occasions on which Lighting Points are not In Light during the Lighting Up Period as monitored by the Outage Detection Cycle and other reported outages during the relevant Month.  For the avoidance of doubt each Lighting Point may not be In Light on more than one occasion during the relevant Month;
