2  Application - Purpose of this Schedule 14

This Schedule 14 describes the arrangements agreed by the parties in relation to:

(a)  the custody of the Base Case; and

(b)  where it is required by this Contract, determined in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure or agreed between the parties that the financial consequences of any Relevant Event shall be addressed through an adjustment to the Unitary Charge (or any component thereof) and that this shall be facilitated by an adjustment to the Base Case Financial Model.
