12.2.4 Service delivery evaluation
Some of the issues that may arise as part of the services evaluation include:
Management structure. The proposed structure for management of the delivery of the services over the operational period is key to the project's success. An appropriate management structure can substantially mitigate any potential issues in relation to the delivery of individual services.
Impact on core services. The manner in which the services are proposed to be implemented and how this will impact on the delivery of the core services, should be assessed, for example, the proposed maintenance regime in terms of the timing and frequency of asset replacement activities and how this is scheduled to avoid detrimental impacts on the delivery of the core services.
