2.2.1  Obligations

The private party must, at its cost, ensure that each of the Conditions Precedent it is responsible for satisfying is met by the target date for satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent.4

4  The target date for satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent will be determined on a project-specific basis depending on the nature of the Conditions Precedent to be satisfied, but is usually 20 business days from contractual close.
