6.1  Commonwealth approvals

Subject to any approval or other determination under the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cwlth) obtained for government's master plan,16 the private party is responsible for obtaining all relevant Commonwealth approvals and bears the risk of delay occasioned by legal challenges to the approvals.
