3.  Scope of services

The Western Australian Government will generally continue to deliver the core services relating to the infrastructure associated with the PPP project. The services to be provided by the private sector under the PPP will be ancillary services which support the infrastructure. The Government will determine which of its services are core to its responsibilities.
