12.1.8 Operation and Maintenance Sub-contractors

The private party may sub-contract performance of some of the key operation and maintenance functions (in particular circumstances there may be critical operation and maintenance functions which government specifically prohibits the private party from sub-contracting, for example, material customer services interface functions).51
