2.2  Third Party Rights

No term of this Agreement is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a person who is not a party to this Agreement except clause 31.1, 31.6, 31.7 and 31.8 which shall be enforceable by the Transferring Employees [and by the Transferring Original Employees]68.
