8.3  Grant of Leases

Within twenty (20) Business Days of the Services Availability Date for a Station:

(a)  the Authority shall grant to the Contractor, and the Contractor shall accept, the Head Lease for the relevant Site; and

(b)  the Contractor shall grant to the Authority, and the Authority shall accept, the Sub-Lease for the relevant Site,

in accordance (including as to timing) with this clause 8 (Nature of Land Interests).
