8.5  Grant of Leases

The grant of the Leases shall take place at the offices of the Authority's solicitors [DETAILS TO BE INSERTED], and each Sub-Lease will be completed immediately after the grant of the corresponding Head Lease.  The term of the Leases shall commence on the Services Availability Date for the relevant Station.
