8.13  Compliance with the Title Deeds

The Contractor shall procure that:

(a)  the carrying out of the Works and the provision of the Services at each Site by or on behalf of the Contractor (whether before, during or after the completion of the Works) shall be carried out in a manner which does not breach any provisions of the Title Deeds relating to that Site or that Station listed in Schedule 13 (Title Deeds);

(b)  in carrying out the Works and providing the Services at each Site, there shall be no action, or omission to act by the Contractor or any Contractor Related Party, which shall give rise to a right for any person to obtain title to or any right or interest over a Site or any part of it (save in accordance with the terms of this Agreement); and

(c)  in exercising the Ancillary Rights, (other than in respect of the Works), the Contractor and each Contractor Related Party do not cause any material disruption to the provision of the [Fire and Rescue] [Police] Services.  Nothing in this clause 8.13(c) shall relieve the Contractor from its obligations under clause 11.1.
