23.1  Maintenance

The Contractor shall ensure on a continuing basis that at all times its maintenance and operating procedures set out in the Service Delivery Proposals are and remain sufficient to ensure that:

23.1.1  the Stations are Available as required by this Agreement and the Authority's Requirements;

23.1.2  the Stations are kept in good structural and decorative order (subject to fair wear and tear) in accordance with this Agreement, the Authority's Requirements and the Service Delivery Proposals;

23.1.3  it can maintain the design intention of the Stations to achieve their full working life as set out in Section [**              ] of the Services Specification for the duration of the Contract Period;

23.1.4  the Contractor can deliver the Services in accordance with this Agreement and the Services Specification; and

23.1.5  the Stations are handed back to the Authority on the Expiry Date in a condition complying with the Handback Requirements.
