62.2 Audit
For the purpose of:
62.2.1 the examination and certification of the Authority's accounts;
62.2.2 the Local Government Finance Act 1982 (and any other Legislation relating to the inspection, examination and auditing of the Authority's accounts); and
62.2.3 an examination pursuant to the 1999 Act of the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of which the Authority has performed its functions,
the District Auditor and the Audit Commission may examine such documents as he may reasonably require which are owned held or otherwise within the control of the Contractor and any sub-contractor and may require the Contractor and any sub-contractor to produce such oral or written explanations as he or it considers necessary.
62.2.4 The Contractor shall not make use of this Agreement or any information issued or provided by or on behalf of the Authority in connection with the Agreement otherwise than for the purposes of this Agreement, except with the written consent of the Authority.
62.2.5 Where the Contractor in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement is provided with information relating to [people/users e.g. detainees], the Contractor shall not disclose or make use of any such information otherwise than for the purpose for which it was provided, unless the Contractor has sought the prior written consent of that [person/user e.g. detainees] and has obtained the prior written consent of the Authority.169
62.2.6 On or before the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, the Contractor shall ensure that all documents or computer records in its possession custody or control which contain information relating to [people/users e.g. detainees] including any documents in the possession, custody or control of a sub-contractor are delivered up to the Authority.
